This Police Report from the Cambridge Police Department provides more details about the ‘break-in’ incident President Obama referred to last night in his press conference. The President should really have read the police report before he called the police ‘stupid’.

Sounds like his friend, Mr. Gates, is a big jerk.

I’m just a Voice in the Wilderness.

Why should you care about what I have to say?

Because I am Everyman. And I will not be silenced.

I’ve kept quiet as a productive, tax-paying, law-abiding citizen for too long, and I feel the need to stand up and speak out.

I have no special qualifications, aside from my common understanding of the nature of people and my admiration for the Constitution of the United States of America.

I have no political party affiliation. I was once a loyal Republican voter, but I’ve come to the conclusion that – at least at the national level – the Republican Party left me long ago. I have never donated to a political party. If I ever recover from the collapse of the Automotive Industry and earn back some of what has been lost, I will donate to individual candidates – regardless of their party affiliation.

I have no faith in the ‘mainstream’ press to inform the public and am greatly concerned that objective information is hard to find on T.V. and at the newsstand. I do have hope that people will care enough to find other ways to inform themselves.

I have finally accepted that ‘lurking’ is no longer sufficient and I am ready to join the battle.

Here’s to the Silent Majority – may we all begin to man our keyboards and enter the battle for the hearts and minds of those who can still think for themselves. Stop Lurking and Start Typing – I have.
